Following an accident in the workplace, which saw an employee fall eight metres through a rooflight, the property management company was fined £200,000. The individual is now confined to a wheelchair.

A Health and Safety Executive (HSE) investigation found that the property management company had failed to provide a safe system for working at height on the community centre’s external roof areas.
